The Unchained Summit Vietnam returns for its second year on May 28-29, organized by Aeternum at Da Nang's Furama Resort, bringing together blockchain leaders and policymakers.

Da Nang, Vietnam, May 27, 2026 - The second iteration of Unchained Summit Vietnam, organized by Aeternum, is scheduled to take place this week on May 28 and 29 at Da Nang's Furama Resort. The Da Nang Innovation Start Support Center (DISSC) serves as co-host for the summit, which has secured institutional participation from several key Vietnamese entities including the Da Nang People's Committee, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, alongside the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology.

The summit's opening day begins with opening statements from Mr. Nguyen Viet Toan, Director of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center, establishing the foundation for two full days of dialogue centered on digital assets, blockchain technology infrastructure, and emerging technological developments within Vietnam. Following the opening remarks, the agenda transitions into a keynote presentation delivered by Mr. To Tran Hoa of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, focusing on the nation's evolving regulatory framework for digital assets. David Rogers, CEO Asia-Pacific at B2C2, provides analysis on the implications of recent market developments for the regional landscape, followed by a fireside conversation featuring Hoang Viet Anh, CEO of LPBank Securities, alongside Mr. Vo Duc Anh, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center, exploring Vietnam's Digital Asset Future. Day 2: Friday, 29 May

Closed-door roundtables

During the afternoon session of Day 1, a limited-access executive roundtable bearing the title Vietnam's Path to a Trusted Digital Asset Ecosystem will convene 17 carefully selected delegates representing government entities, digital asset exchanges, financial institutions, infrastructure providers, and regulatory bodies at the Furama Resort. The discussion will concentrate on regulatory readiness, institutional participation, market infrastructure, and cross-border collaboration.

The second day features an additional invite-only strategic roundtable and delegation visit, organized around the theme "Positioning Da Nang as a Regional Digital Financial Centre," to be conducted at VIFC with 20 carefully selected delegates.
