Users Have Until July 30 to Retrieve Funds as Odos Protocol Announces Closure
With a shutdown date set for July 30, Odos Protocol has given its user base a one-week window to retrieve their digital assets. No explanation was offered by the team behind the closure.

The DEX aggregator known as Odos Protocol has revealed its intention to cease operations, establishing July 30 as the deadline for users to retrieve their digital holdings.
In an X platform statement released on Thursday, the team clarified that the Odos DAO operates independently from the company and will share its future intentions separately, noting that the ODOS token will remain available on the blockchain. No explanation was given for the shutdown decision.
Trading volume on the Odos Protocol DEX aggregator has experienced a downward trend throughout the previous two years, dropping to $169 million during July 2026 from its highest point of $7.8 billion recorded in December 2024. Based on DefiLlama data, the protocol was bringing in $2.72 million in yearly revenue.
Multiple cryptocurrency platforms and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols have revealed shutdown announcements in the past several months. On Thursday, derivatives trading platform BitMEX disclosed its intention to cease operations following an 11-year run.
