STRC Daily Dividend Announcement Conditional as Trading Remains Under $100 Threshold
As STRC preferred stock continues trading beneath its $100 par value, Strategy has issued a conditional declaration for daily dividend payments.

Strategy, led by Michael Saylor and recognized as the world's largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, has announced conditional daily dividend payments on its STRC preferred stock for the month of November, pending both shareholder approval and the effectiveness of associated amendments.
According to a Form 8-K filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the board of directors has approved cash dividend payments corresponding to each calendar day spanning from Nov. 1 through Nov. 30, with disbursements commencing on Nov. 2. Payment of each individual dividend will occur on the business day immediately following the respective record date.
The annualized dividend rate for STRC would continue at 12% throughout November. According to Strategy, management intends to maintain its recommendation of this rate until the preferred stock exhibits "sustained, healthy trading near $100 per share."
The implementation of daily dividend payments could potentially enhance STRC's attractiveness to the investment community and facilitate trading closer to its $100 par value. The STRC preferred stock represents a key capital-raising instrument for Strategy's Bitcoin (BTC) acquisition strategy.
As of 1:36 pm UTC on Friday, STRC experienced a 0.2% decline, trading at $99.32, based on data from Yahoo Finance.
Last week, Strategy expanded its Bitcoin reserves by acquiring 250 BTC for $21.5 million, elevating the company's aggregate holdings to 848,250 BTC. Throughout the week concluded Oct. 4, the firm executed buybacks of STRC valued at $176 million, allocating more than six times the amount spent on stock repurchases compared to its $28 million Bitcoin acquisition during the same period.
Strategy introduced a capital framework on June 29 that enables the sale of Bitcoin holdings to support dividend payments and simultaneously raised STRC's annual dividend rate to the current 12%.
