Following the successful completion of their merger, Boerse Stuttgart Digital and Tradias have established a comprehensive European cryptocurrency operation employing approximately 300 professionals, delivering trading, custody, staking and tokenization capabilities.

Following the successful completion of mandatory ownership control procedures, Boerse Stuttgart Digital and institutional cryptocurrency trading platform Tradias have finalized their merger, establishing a unified digital asset infrastructure operation employing approximately 300 professionals.
The companies initially revealed the transaction in February, outlining their intention to merge their regulated cryptocurrency operations and broaden their service offerings to banks, brokerage firms and additional financial institutions throughout the European market.
According to a Wednesday announcement, the combined entity will function under the Boerse Stuttgart Digital corporate name, though the Tradias brand will continue to represent the trading services division.
Operating from primary headquarters in Frankfurt and Stuttgart, the consolidated operation will deliver trading, custody, staking and tokenization capabilities, maintaining a presence across multiple international locations including Athens, Beirut, Berlin, Dubai, Madrid, Milan and Ljubljana.
Christopher Beck, founder of Tradias, alongside Ulli Spankowski, managing director of Boerse Stuttgart Digital, will assume roles as co-CEOs of the combined organization.
Among the institutional clients served by Boerse Stuttgart Digital are DZ Bank, DekaBank, Intesa Sanpaolo and Société Générale-FORGE. Meanwhile, Tradias maintains relationships with clients such as flatexDEGIRO, dwpbank and European government institutions.
With capabilities spanning trading and market-making operations for over 150 cryptocurrencies and additional digital assets, Tradias brings significant expertise to the merger. The financial details and transaction value were not made public.
