Binance Expands Portfolio with 11 Exchange-Traded Funds Listed in the US

In a move to broaden its traditional financial services, the cryptocurrency platform has introduced 11 exchange-traded funds from US markets, concentrating on investment-grade bonds and US Treasury securities.

A new wealth management service has been introduced by Binance, providing users with access to 11 exchange-traded funds listed in the United States that concentrate on investment-grade bonds and short-term US Treasury securities.

The recently launched offering through Binance Earn categorizes the available ETFs into three distinct product types: cash management, steady income, and yield enhancement. These classifications are determined by investment time horizons that span from periods of less than six months to durations exceeding one year.

Through the Binance Earn platform, users have the ability to explore the ETFs on offer and submit orders, with all purchase requests being processed via the exchange's stock trading infrastructure. According to Binance, investors gain full economic exposure to the shares, which encompasses both cash distributions and price movements.

The service facilitates the purchase of genuine ETF shares rather than tokenized stock alternatives. While Binance serves as the user interface provider, Nest Trading handles order routing to Alpaca Securities, the entity responsible for trade execution and securities custody.

This structural arrangement enables Binance's user base to gain exposure to traditional securities using the identical platform they utilize for cryptocurrency transactions, all while ensuring the underlying assets stay within traditional brokerage infrastructure systems.

This wealth management service represents the most recent development in Binance's traditional finance business expansion. Within the current month, the exchange introduced physically settled options covering over 1,000 US ETFs and stocks, complementing its current equities portfolio that includes more than 7,000 ETFs and stocks.

According to a PwC survey conducted last year, over 80% of participants anticipate that tokenization will enhance global reach and enable 24/7 accessibility in the ETF market within the coming three years.
