The company disclosed total revenue of $14.4 million for the second quarter in its earnings announcement, representing a 5% year-over-year decline when compared to the corresponding period in the previous year, as outlined in its quarterly financial results released on Wednesday.
This revenue figure fell substantially short of the $20.6 million consensus forecast projected by Wall Street analysts, based on estimates aggregated by Yahoo Finance. The company's tokenization segment generated $7.8 million in revenue during the quarter, reflecting a 12% drop from the $8.9 million recorded in the second quarter of 2025.
Despite the revenue shortfall, the company backed by BlackRock achieved a milestone average tokenized assets under management (AUM) of $4.3 billion during the second quarter of 2026, representing a 16% increase compared to the same quarter in the prior year.
The platform recorded a net loss totaling $21.7 million for the three-month period, a substantial expansion from the $6.1 million loss reported during the same quarter one year prior. The company's adjusted EBITDA shifted to a negative $5.5 million from a positive $1.8 million result.
